Your Agreement With Us
Pcpeters makes Wander Tiles: Lucky Match available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.
By clicking "agree" or simply using the app, you are entering into this binding agreement with Pcpeters. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. Minors may only use Wander Tiles: Lucky Match with verified parental or guardian consent.
We occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes to our service or applicable law. When we do, we'll let you know in the app.

In these Terms, "you" refers to the individual user; "we," "us," or "Company" refers to Pcpeters; "App" or "Application" refers to Wander Tiles: Lucky Match.

Eligibility Requirements
To use Wander Tiles: Lucky Match, you must meet these eligibility criteria. Using the app represents your confirmation that you do.
Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. Parents or guardians accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor take full responsibility for that minor's use of Wander Tiles: Lucky Match.
Legal Authority: By accepting these Terms, you confirm you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to form a binding agreement.
Prohibited Users: You may not access Wander Tiles: Lucky Match if you have previously been banned from our services, are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or are otherwise legally prohibited from using the app.
Pcpeters reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or deny access to any user who does not meet these requirements.

User Accounts
To access certain features of Wander Tiles: Lucky Match, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.
Keep your Wander Tiles: Lucky Match credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account whether or not you authorized it.
Prohibited Account Activities:
- Maintaining multiple accounts
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Selling or transferring your account
- Impersonating others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or present a security risk.
Third-Party Login: You may connect your Wander Tiles: Lucky Match account to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Access License
Access to Wander Tiles: Lucky Match is granted under a limited license. This section specifies what you can and cannot do.
You have our permission to download, install, and use Wander Tiles: Lucky Match on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.

Rules of Play

- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

- Attempt to interfere with the game's servers or network infrastructure
- Impersonate Pcpeters staff or other players
- Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
Consequences
If you break these rules, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend your account temporarily, or permanently ban you depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
We believe in being fair — we'll try to take action proportionate to the issue. If you feel a decision was made in error, contact us at our support team.
Intellectual Property
Wander Tiles: Lucky Match and everything in it — the graphics, sounds, music, code, characters, storylines, and game design — belong to Pcpeters or are used with permission.
What We Own
All content in Wander Tiles: Lucky Match, including artwork, animations, audio, text, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Pcpeters retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
What You Can Do
You can play the game and share screenshots or videos for personal, non-commercial purposes (like streaming or social media posts). We love seeing our players share their adventures!
What You Can't Do
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute game content for commercial purposes
- Create and sell merchandise featuring Wander Tiles: Lucky Match characters or artwork without written permission
- Claim ownership of our content
- Remove copyright or trademark notices from any game content
Trademarks
"Wander Tiles: Lucky Match" and related logos are trademarks of Pcpeters. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
No Warranty
We work hard to make Wander Tiles: Lucky Match great, but we can't make every guarantee. Here's an honest statement of our warranty limitations.
We provide Wander Tiles: Lucky Match without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
No Availability Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that Wander Tiles: Lucky Match will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.
Third-party services and platforms integrated with Wander Tiles: Lucky Match are subject to their own terms and warranties. Pcpeters is not responsible for their performance.
Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Like all digital services, Wander Tiles: Lucky Match comes with liability limitations. Here's what they are and why they exist.
Pcpeters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Wander Tiles: Lucky Match shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Pcpeters in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Pcpeters. Without them, we could not provide Wander Tiles: Lucky Match at its current price.

Account Closure
Understanding termination helps you make informed decisions about using Wander Tiles: Lucky Match.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Wander Tiles: Lucky Match at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
After Termination:
- Your license to use Wander Tiles: Lucky Match ends immediately
- Virtual items and currency in a terminated account are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect
Service Shutdown: Pcpeters reserves the right to discontinue Wander Tiles: Lucky Match entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

Applicable Law
This section specifies the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law in Pcpeters's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The authoritative version of these Terms is the English language version. Translations are provided for convenience only.

Modifying These Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect updates to Wander Tiles: Lucky Match, changes in law, or improved policies. Here's how we handle that.
How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Wander Tiles: Lucky Match and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.
The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.
If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Wander Tiles: Lucky Match before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.
Version Archive: We maintain prior versions of these Terms. Request archived versions at our support team.

Miscellaneous Provisions
The following miscellaneous terms complete this agreement between you and Pcpeters.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and Pcpeters regarding Wander Tiles: Lucky Match.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver: Failure by Pcpeters to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
